sound problem

Hi friends,

Hi own Windows vista edition in my laptop,
Very recently,my hard disk & ram was corrupted and replaced with the new one.
Also, windows was re-installed .

The problem after that is,
During online chatting thru Gtalk .. I'm able to hear the opposite end voice..
whereas my voice is heard by the other end.
Any solution to fix this issue??? any driver updates.
I tried using microphone also, but the same problemm..

Any help please!!!
