Upon starting my computer, i get this message:
windows failed to start. a recent hardware of software change might be the cause.
if windows files have been damaged or configured incorrectly, startup repair can help diagnose and fix the problem.
i can the choose either startup repair or normal startup (which takes me back to this again).
so i hit startup repair, and i am then prompted to select an operating system to repair, but no options are given. im told 'if you do not see your operating system listed, click load drivers to load drivers for your hard disks'. so i click load drivers, but i have no idea what im looking for, and cant find any compatible file that it will open and use.
