Does your computer have a Vista SP2 OS? If so you might find some helpful information in my 16-Sep-2022 post in johjbob05's Help Reading Dump File in the MS Answers Vista board, where I post as user Great White North.
You've posted your question in the Windows VistaForums community but the only information you've provided in the System Specs section of your user profile is "Windows". It would be helpful if you could provide more information about your system specs (e.g., computer model, Windows OS, antivirus, default browser, etc.) and the full message and error code you see when your systems throws a BSOD.
