System config help

Hi
I was wondering if there was things i can do to increase the overall performance of my laptop
to make it as game worthy as possible (if at all possible (for SKYRIM!)).

Processor:Intel Core Duo CPU P7450 @2.13ghz

Video Card:ATI Mobility Radeon HD 3650
^Dedicated Memory: 512mb
^Approx Total memory: 1770mb

Ram:4gb

HDD Space: 278gb out of 361gb

Direct X version:11

Basically i would like to find away to at least play games on a decent graphic's setting and for it to run smoothly at the same time

any and all help would be very much appreciated

Well your systems meet the minimum requirements. Keep in mind that laptops aren't usually designed for high performance without sacrificing size and battery life. Also although your processor maybe 2.13 ghz it might be under-clocked.
