Troubleshoot problems with Windows Aero
Any other noticeable problems during normal operations? e.g. Restart OK, shut down ok, no unusual noise from computer, fan not overworking, temperature ok? Those sorts of things, general operations.

i vv done the aero i kknow how but thanks i am a vista geek to lol but i dont know everythink about it thats why i joined to try helping ppl and get help 2

and i think the problem stopped the hard drive is back to normal i can tell after the sfc thank u so much

one other think do i need to turn win defender on with norton somties it says running 2 spyware may cuse the pc to be slow since my noroton av has an spyware to

You sorted Aero great, just put the link in for you JIC.
Security: Is Norton subscription, or on one of these free offer jobs?
I took Norton off my comps & replaced with Microsoft Security Essentials, to me a better program, & it's FREE.
Defender is part of MSE. If your Norton giving you problems I would get rid of it & put MSE in. Your choice of course.
Too many things running will slow any computer down, but remember you have to leave the essentials on to protect what you got!
You know computers, so you know what to do.
So, any other worries/concerns on your computer?

Microsoft Security Essentials is it av or what noroton is kind of havey on the pc and i have the trail rest lol and i wanna buy the norton 2011 but if u say Microsoft Security Essentials is av i will try it and if u have link pls send it and no more problem my laptop is cool thnkx to u guys so much

Microsoft Security Essentials is one of the best AV's.
I have never had any trouble on my computers since I put it on. Saying that, as you know, nothing can be 100%?
It is also free, what better?
You have malwarebytes, which is a great program.
The only other one I would suggest, as they all in their own way get rid of different sorts of 'nasties', is superantispyware. You may have it? If not hear's the link, & again it's free.

I think you will find MSE good.
Get the Norton Uninstaller, they have a habit of leaving things behind!
I have read various articles where that particular Av has prevented various things like restore points etc.
