System Restore errors

Hello!
I NEED HELP. I dowloaded some program and it included somethiing about system restore. Stupid me, I click O.K without even fully read it. So now my computer keeps popping up these messages and crashing my browers, FF3 & IE.
Here are the annoying messages:

My C: drive has 70% free space and D: drive is full (red zone). Should I run the System Restore or turn it off completely? I do not know what to do. PLEASE HELP. THANKS IN ADVANCE. Also, this message pops up when I attempted to do a system restore:
