That's odd, I tested that BIOS password remover before I suggested it to you - just to be sure - and it worked fine It must be a bug or something

Well from here, I can't think of anything else to do apart from take apart the laptop. These are very advanced procedures (messing with the jumper and removing the CMOS battery - both of which require access to the motherboard) and I would highly recommend that you take it to a PC repair shop or something.

I know these aren't great choices left, but (as far as I'm aware) it's all we can do - sorry!

I've had the same problem with my A215 laptop recently. Did try default passwords (phenix, bios etc.), tried to remove cmos battery, but none of them worked. I googled deeper and the only one solution that worked for me, was to connect (solder) two XXX spots near ram modules on mobo. After that, I've turned on laptop and waited until error message from cmos showed on screen, then turned it off and unsolder those spots. It's recommended to update bios if there is update available after that procedure Hope it's gonna work for you.

sadly i really dont know much about laptop hardware, my parent just gonna sent this laptop first to computer shop to see if they can fix it or not.
