Trojan help (adobe flash plugin)

OK so
today when i turn on my laptop i find a systam change in the adobe flash player section (the plugin) so i scan with Malewarybytes and Avira and nothing comes up then i send it into virus total and 2 out 43 found a " Virus/Win32.CrazyPrier.gen" and a "Trojan.Win32.Heur.Gen" so i deleted them after putting them in the recycling bin and i just wanted to know what the severity of these Trojans are and if what i did cleaned them.

also i just redownloaded the latest version of flash player and its free of virus's

Hi again, Adobe Flash is known for getting attacked, always go directly to the Adobe site for all Adobe products and downloads of .
Maybe someone used your computer and did a 3rd party type download ? Not sure how yours got corrupted , but, congrat's and bravo's for catching it.
