Solved Tutorial Post

Is there a way to post a tutorial or to get a tutorial into review for submission? Something of the sort? I figured out the side by side error fix. It seemed to be a heavy problem with vista so I went to a vista forum to post the answer so google could find it... and apparently Brink is the only one who can post a tutorial. So is there a way to submit a tutorial for review?

You were not able to post a new tutorial since you are still only a "new" member currently. If you like, go ahead and post it in the Chillout Room, and let me know when it's ready. I'll be happy to help get it polished before moving it into Tutorials.
