Unable to login user & keep rebooting after system restore

Hi, i need help urgently Previously when i on my laptop vista home premium but appeared system repair (recommended) and i choosed it. after system repaired, my laptop rebooted but when it reached to the user login page, i can type the password but when i press enter, there is no response at all and it reboot. results still the same and repeat, when reach to the user login page, system will reboot.

please help

Do you have the Vista installation disc, or the manufacturer recovery discs?
