Solved Unable To Resolve Target System Name

I'm able to load a page but not the streaming video on it. I get the message below the video "connecting to stream arbitration server." I tried tracert and got "unable to resolve target system name." Wondering what that means.

Thanks,

VFN

Thanks for replying.

I'm able to see the video on the webpage now so things are fine. The website/page had moved to another server, form .tv to .eu, so maybe there were kinks.

Thanks again.
