upgrade help

vista home premium instaled now when i did upgrad to windows seven video went to six pictures three on each side cannot read i reinstaled vista home premium still six pictures i think bios for windows seven caused the problem dell inspieron 1420 laptop

DONT do an upgrade. Use the Seven DVD to to a clean install with an upgrade DVD.

i did a complete instal of windows vista home premium did not help do not have seven anymore
