Very strange problem

Just had another look at this. This time, I entered the dates for the whole year in the format (M)M-(D)D-YY suppressing leading zeros on the month and date.

It would appear that if the date lies between 1 and 12 inclusive, it is interpretted as the month.

my suggestion:
click on each excel column header, format column as the date or data format you want.
when pasting, click on Pate Special
Paste Values. . .

then you should get all the information displayed in a standard format.

is it a bug? no
does excel and your web source interact in a way different than you expect? YES

Thanks again Dwarf. It really was just a matter of deleting the language code in Vista for Englsh Canada. It works perfect now. Cut and paste without any hassles!


Sportsguy, so did I. Tradesports was a dream! It was the cream of the crop.

I am setup with Betfair now, there is not anything else out there at the moment worth touching. Betdaq perhaps, but it is not good for American sports.
