Did you look up the system requirements? Chapter 1. First Steps

Supported host OS's are 8.1/2012 and higher. I was unable to find out which version dropped support for Vista and 7.

You system 2 specs says Intel pentium Dual CPU T3200 2.00GHz. If that is true then according to the CPU specs vertialization is unsupported by your processor.

Intel® Virtualization Technology (VT-x) No

That specs page lists it as a socket p. Some of the core 2 duo socket p processors are VT-x compatible. Research the models with your laptop and see if any are compatible. If so maybe you can get one from ebay or amazon if you are willing to get your hands dirty and attempt a CPU upgrade. List of Intel Core 2 microprocessors - Wikipedia When you go through the specs look for VT-x to say yes.

Even with that Vista doesn't look like it's supported anymore. If you go down this route you might want to post on their forum and find out the last supported version.
