virus/malware please help, other techs won't

hi everyone!

i tried to seek help at another forum, for my windows vista system which seems to have a virus or malware infection,

and the tech would barely help me, because (our!) old windows vista systems are ...not worth their time/effort

i know windows vista is no longer supported by ...anything, but -

i DO have a newer computer which i use for more secure applications, but,

this old computer i still need, if only to run videos for a program that helps me earn a little money...

so if anyone could ...~please~ help me - or, direct me to where i can get help? - i would be so grateful! -

it is a terrible feeling to be left to just fend for yourself


...my situation is... i had (past tense) a premium trial of malware bytes, which kept telling me something called "popcash.net" was trying to dial out...


THEN, before i was able to deal with that .........i had to go on a kind of skechy website because - i know how bad that is, and i woNT do it again! - but, i needed a prescription that i cannot get, any other way


anyway, ever since i went to that website, my AD BLOCKER, which shows me stats of how many ads it blocks on each page,


has been showing me STAGGERING stats - like, on my email OVERNIGHT when i wasn't even using it,


it showed .........OVER 9,000 ADS BLOCKED!!!


and my computer is just acting strange, like, it WON'T LET ME INTO MY BANK ACCOUNT (now using only windows 10 for that anymore!)


can anyone please help me, or direct me to help? if you need me to run any diagnostics, just tell me what you need...
