vista installing

hi all,

i have vista premium 32, and the system crash only black screen i want to reinstall the system back i reach the question which driver you want install the system in, i used driver option but could not do the format , and when i click the next button it says "windows is unable to find the a system volume that meets its criteria for instillation", i use the prompt trick (shift f10)and when i entered list disk it gives me no list, does that mean i have a hard disk problem and how to resolve it other than to buy a new one.

Just reread the problem, my computer had the same problem.

How much free space is in your C:/ drive?

Also, have you tried booting the installation from your restart?
