I have a sony oem vista home premium 32 bit key, and reformatted and used a anytime upgrade to install and it wont accept my key were can I get a retail iso image or do you have one thanks

I had to replace my dead HDD and have no recovery discs (and of course recovering from HDD is not possible).
If am hoping I can get a Vista Home Premium (currently SP1) from here. I believe it is 32 bit version.

I just sent you the link to my Cloud storage 32-bit Vista w/SP2, with that you will have far fewer updates to install than you would with only SP1. The key you already have will work, assuming you have one.

You stated must go on DVD not CD.... can I put on and use from external USB HDD?

It will be a little bit delayed I'm, afraid...am having to reinstall Vista myself and have at least 266 updates to go before I can even think about finding my email backups. Sorry, I will get back to you asap.

Not a problem, thanks. I've been looking for the disk for about three weeks so I can wait a little longer. After I do that one I have to re-install Win 7 as well so I will be busy for a couple days as well.
