Vista log on not working

Tried both my sons and the administrator...neither worked

Im beginning to think virus. You were able to get the built in admin working and now you cant log back on? Do you need anything on that drive that you need? If not its time to reformat. do you have the dvd that came with the computer.

Hello Ken, Just wanted to say thanks for all the help. I got a hold on one of my IT guys at work and asked for nsome help over the phone. We were getting close. It would not boot to disk, so what he asked to do upon start up was hit the F12 key repededitly. That did not work then we rebooted again and hit F2. It worked got me into the right screen. Made the change to boot to dvd/cd and rebooted again. This at first did not load. We then tryed restart reboot and as soon as the screen said boot from dvd/cd he had me hit the space bar quickly and guess what it worked....
Starting the install now but just wanted to share the sucess....thanks for your help and pass it along...Ken
