Vista only detects 1 "display"?

I have a GPU and onboard working at the same time, so Vista should be detecting 2 displays, but it only says that my onboard display adapter is there as a display option? I have my GPU drivers installed and my GPU is detected in Device Manager and it says that it's working fine, but there's no signal outputted from the card. Card works perfectly in XP. GPU: GTX 750 ti. How would I make it detect the display? Is it a driver issue? Did I do something wrong?

UPDATE:
For some reason, my GPU won't show up as a display option in display settings while I have onboard enabled and are using it as a secondary display, but it is still used fine when I had onboard disabled and are using it as a main display in the bios. This is not a problem in XP. GPU: GTX 750 ti

Your computer specs say you're running Win 10 and using a GTX 1660. If that were the case, you would probably be best off going to

If that is incorrect and you're running Vista, I'll mention that my system only lists the GPU.

Which driver did you install for the GTX 750?

Sorry about that, used to have my old specs here but deleted them at some point. I can assure you the PC listed in the specs is not the one I'm talking about. My PC is actually a server that I'm trying to repurpose called "IBM System x3300". I installed the Game Ready driver from the Nvidia site for Vista x64. It didn't tell me the exact driver, it just told me to install one. I am also dual booting this with XP and will also add 7 to it too soon.

I installed 365.19. I reinstalled it, and when it rebooted, I selected Vista, the motherboard speaker let out a long beep and Vista installed updates, but then it still wasn't detected. It might be showing up when I plug in the VGA to it, but I can't check as I can't plug them both in at the same time and I wouldn't be able to switch it because I need to see to do that.

Windows doesn't have the capability to use multiple cards of different models/manufacturers. The only time that you can use multiple cards is if they are the same make and model and are tied together. In fact attempting to do so can cause the drivers to conflict. You are better off disabling the onboard graphics.

XP has the capability, so does 10 cause I've done it there too. Why doesn't Vista? Also, I can't do that because this problem: Can't see BIOS on new GPU

I just wanted to apologize for pursuing the wrong problem. I didn't read your first post carefully enough and thought the GPU wasn't displayed in Display Adapters.
