vista profile problem

Help if possible...started pc up this morning and got following message

when I login to my user account, I always get
a "Preparing your [COLOR=blue! important][COLOR=blue! important]desktop[/COLOR][/COLOR]..." message for one or two minutes, and finally it
loads to the desktop. Then at the lower right corner of the screen a balloon
pops up saying that my "user profile was not loaded correctly", and it is
using a "temporary profile" instead.


pc was working earlier this morning when i started it up....any help would be apprecitated....many thanks

Try using control panel / users and create a new user. The profile you got now may be corrupt.

sounds like you have corrupted account. it happened too me and i had too delete the offending user
