I'm running Vista Ultimate 64 bit, my computer is randomly crashing in games (Company of Heros / Crysis). The video freezes but the sound continues for a bit, I have to Control-Alt-Deleted to exit though task manager.I have turn down the graphics for both games i have rivatuner to turn up my fans 100% on my GPU so heating is not the problem. I have updated my driver for my video card. Can some one please help! system spec are listed below

ITS VISTA. I have company of heros on my machine as well. On one HD I have XP installed on my other HD I have Vista 64 installed. For testing purposes I put the same programs on each HD and test them. XP has never crashed even when I've maxed out all my settings. Vista 64 is worse than a woman, I can run it for HOURS with not a hickup, then all of sudden the game goes black with just sound playing and I have to alt tab out to close the program and Im getting msg's stating there problems with my display drivers. I'd love to think it was as simple as updating the drivers but they are already updated. Here are my specs just so people know what I'm running: Vid Card: Asus 8800GTX, Mobo: Asus P5K3 Deluxe, Mem: 4gigs DDR3, HD: 3 500 gig Western Digital , Chip: Quad Core 2.66, PSU: 1000 watts.
... Until then, I'll be tweeking and trouble shooting lol
