Vista Ultimate/SP1 - Repeated BSODs driving me nuts!

Here are the codes. I reinstalled SP1 and right after I started having the blue screens again. Actually I do not see the blue screens as it happens when computer idle or when the lid is close and when I open it I get the "windows has recovered from serious error" message. This does not happen if I do not install SP1

You can resolve BIOS problems by upgrading the system BIOS version.

Check the System Log in Event Viewer for additional error messages that might help identify the device or driver that is causing this. You can disable memory caching of the BIOS to try to resolve the error.
