What hard drive to buy?

My 4 year old internal seagate ST9160821AS ATA device has started to make funny noises (almost like a scratch) and I don't like the sound of it at all. So I think that it is time to buy a new hard drive. I just want to make this clear first: I don't want to buy a SSD at this moment in time.

I would like it to be a seagate hard drive, with 500gb of storage (it may have to be 250gb because of the dimensions but I don't know). I don't mind how much cache it has, but I guess, (price dependant) the more the better. Also, if it runs at 7200rpm that would be ideal, but I guess 5400rpm would suffice.

Oh and I want to buy it off eBuyer or amazon. I am stuck between these:

And since it is an internal laptop hard drive, it needs to be the same dimensions:

Width 7 cm
Depth 10.1 cm
Height 9.5 mm
