I don't have mpssvc.dat or storelayout.cpp, so I can't upload them. But I have attached the other three files to this post.

Couldn't we extract the other files from the installation disc?

Mark, if you want, you could extract the files from your Windows DVD. See here: http://www.vistax64.com/tutorials/261616-extract-files-vista-installation-dvd.html

The only reason I did not say this, is that this may be difficult, and these files should be enough to get you booting again, or at least show us that this is not the problem, but it is ideal if you can follow that tutorial, but is not essential at this point, we will get you fully updated, correct files, later.
