Windoes Vista does not support .exe file for creating in windows XP?

Hello,

I created the blue tooth program using vb.net 2005 in windows XP, i refer the program using the wcldemo program. After packaging the .net program it successfully runs an windows XP. But it is not supported an windows vista. What is the problem for that. If any version compatability is there? How to solve this problem? Please help me to solve this problem?..........

Do you have the appropriate .NET support files (1.0, 2.0 or 3.0) installed in Vista?

What's the actual error message?
