Windows 32 corrupted

I have a Windows Vista 64 that I had bought from someone and don't have a Windows disk and it says Stop: 0x000000d1 (0x000000, 0x000000002,0x00000000,0x873cd395) Please Help

I have also tried to put in in safe mode and when I do that it says Windows 32 corrupted. I also tried putting it in recovery mode but it only loads to 49% , 7 minutes left
