windows 7 install on non-C: drive

I have two hard drives and would prefer to use the C: drive for documents because of issues around synchronizing with my laptop. Is there a problem if I clean install Windows 7 to my G: drive?

You must have a lot of partition to get to G. I have Vista running on F.( I have a W2k on C).
