Solved windows defender not on

hello everyone

when i open windows security i find windows defender is not on, when i click on
windows defender i get an error message and the lower part of windows security
flashes on and off.
i am using MSE as my security system, so do i need windows defender to be working
if i do need it to be on how do i do this

It is working as it should. Defender is now part of MSE, defender should not work on its own
