This problem started on Thursday. I tried to install a kyocera printer by downloading the drivers and such. The installation did not work so I uninstalled the program and then deleted the printer. Right after doing this when I restarted. I began to get a message that windows explorer has stopped working and it had to be restarted. This is stuck in a loop that happens about every 5 seconds. I cannot use hardly any programs on that user account. I was able to get to the control panel and set up a new user. That works fine and I am able to get to just about anything. I have looked at prior threads and have tried malwarebytes, trojan removal, cccleaner and a variety of other things. What else can I be missing. I am trying to get access to write down exactly what the problem is along with all the codes. I have also tried to do a startup repair using a vista home premium 32 bit disk but it states that there is a digital component still installed and that it must be removed before going forward.
