Hi, I am still working on my vista problem... after reloading back to factory settings and got everything reloaded. I now have a problem, not sure this is right thread for it. It has been about 3-4 days since I have done this. Today when I turned on the computer I got a black screen. But if I hit Ctrl Alt Delete I can get task manger but It does not come up. When I re loaded it goes to black screen but it said that Windows explorer stopped working, then asked me if I wanted to go to Mirco soft because a update might fix my problem. But Firefox is my browser and I can't load the up dates. I am on the Internet with the computer but I can not seem to be able to do much else....
by the way we did load the updates, all but the new ones ( i think) so I do not think that is the problem)
