My "Windows Help" does not work. I use Vista Ultimate 64-bit with SP2. When I try to use "help and support," I get the message:

We were unable to retrieve the requested topic.
My work-around is to use the Internet to solve my Windows issues, and I always get an answer. It is irritating, however, that the internal "Help" is useless.
