I'm making a lyrics video to upload to Youtube, but Movie Maker is playing up. I imported the song and it works fine, but when I try to add the lyrics through 'Add title and credits', they don't show up in the video and when I press play, nothing happens. I've watched tutorial videos and followed the exact instructions but it still won't work. Any ideas?

I installed Windows Live Movie Maker, it was even worse, and not very easy to use. It completely crashed my laptop with five minutes of opening it. But I tried the old movie maker again, and weirdly, it worked fine, so I'll stick to that for now.

Perhaps Windows live movie maker installed some codecs required for that video. That's the only thing I can think of. If you do a lot of that kind of stuff make sure you have divx and xdiv installed.
