Windows- No Disk

I keep getting the message that appears on my screen everytime I put my Flash Drive in.

It says:
Windows- No Disk

Exception Processing Message 0xc0000013 Parameters 0x75BE92A0 0x00000004 0x75BE92A0 0x75BE92A0

Is there any help as to how can I remove this from my window? It's rather annoying and I'm tried to fix this but it's not working. I re-formatted all Flash Drives but it popped up again today. Any assitance provided is appreciated.
