Hi all, I need your advice! This is my first post on this forum, I apologize if I have the wrong section.
I am working from home temporarily, and I have to deal with some issues that I haven't delved into before. Can you please tell me the difference between Windows remote assistance and remote desktop connection.

Hi Mia#- I'm no expert but I think remote assistance is the act of someone accessing your system via a remote desktop connection to help with a problem, how to, etc. I've had this done several times in the past.
