Hi is still existing working voice-over-Internet Protocol application for audio communication between users on a chat channel like teamspeak
or icq,discord in 2021 ? working anything that work will be usefull

Welcome. MSFN has a list in the original post of Last versions of software for Windows Vista and Windows Server 2008. Look under the heading Instant Messaging/Internet Communication Software. (I use a smartphone myself.)

great thank you for working teamspeak 3 but when i connnect to the server it says (the this server requires a newer client version) any teamspeak 3 server for vista ?

Windows live Messenger is still working (With an external server) if you want you can use it with friends that would also have to download WLM and make an account
