ShengYun BH560 Bluetooth V3.0 + EDR Stereo Headset

But my grandson used it earlier playing games. Now that he has gone... again it does not work . I checked Device manager and apparently a driver was installed and the yellow warning sign is gone. Now it says "This device is working properly" ...only thing is it does not seem to work at all for me.

I must babysit again to know how he did it.

Man, that Grandkid of yours is trouble I tells yha!

I'd check your sound settings in control panel and see if it i recognized there and set it as default if you can.

In my case, the computer won't recognize it so I can't add it in sound. I'm searching the web for the blue soleil 2.1.3.0, but it seems to be an old driver for 64 bit and I have 32 bit.

My system and bluetooth wizard both recognize it...paired and connected but did not work. I spent hours with sound controls and IDT audio settings ...to no avail. My grandson made it work like it never had problems...in minutes. But unfortunately he put everything back how he found it when he was done(I forgot about this strict training from his mom).

He is coming next weekend on my insistence...to make it work again. I cannot guarantee he can explain how he makes "stuffs" work. He is 6, just started school...very good with PC but lousy explainer.

He really liked the headset,"It rocks"

C:\Windows\system32>defrag.exe c: -w

Defragmentation report for volume C:

Free space = 258 GB
Largest free space extent = 121 GB

After defrag, my free space now is down from 258 to 254 even as my restore point in system restore remains just one(which I created before defrag). I cannot explain this loss of free space after defrag.

Okay 298 is the size of the drive in windows. HP calls it 320, but windows reads 298Gigs. So thats correct.

Your windows files and what not takes 40Gigs of that... Which is quite small actually, so it's most likely temp files from the internet and install files your Grandson adds when he dioes his "fixen".

I wouldn't worry at all.

"Man, that Grandkid of yours is trouble I tells yha!"

No kidding! He got permission from Mom to make this "stuff" work...and he did it remotely all the way from Connecticut. And no, he did not fix anything 'cuzz he is not allowed. But he is allowed to make "stuffs" work. He did it so fast (in less than 3 minutes), he lost me in the process. Now I have to figure out how it was done....for cyberdeck.

OK, cyberdeck....this is what happened.

There are several SP files installed in SwSetup two days ago...all from HP help site, all about bluetooth related drivers, all are 2008 release.

Today's remote assistance step-by-step: Plug in headset to PC. Re-start. After reboot turn on headset power. PC announces new hardware. Type oooo for code. Wait as Windows intalls driver. Close box when connection succeeded. Open Sound folder in Control Panel. Right click on headset icon. Check (Set as default device).

I hope it works for you. Or I can ask David to do it remotely.(Sorry, he does not or cannot explain clearly).
