Solved Wireless won't turn on
Hey folks. I'm using an Acer Aspire 5735 on Vista home premium. I accidentally disconnected my wireless today and since then I can't turn it back on. I've tried the following to no avail:
Pressing the wireless button (seems to be broken)
Going into network settings and trying to disable and re-enable the network adapter in settings but this freezes my computer for some reason.
Setting up a new network but it seems like my wireless is completely turned off.
I'm at a loss as to why it's stopped working.
Any help at all would be greatly appreciated guys :D

odd. Very odd.
I would go to the device manager and try to uninstall it. Then readd it using the scan for new hardware changes.
How did you accidently turn it off? Might help figuring out how to fix it.

If I uninstall it will I definitely be able to re-install it using just what I have already on my laptop? Is it dangerous to do this?
Oh when I said I accidentally turned it off I just meant I pushed the button as I never do this. It must have broken after I pushed it (which is weird).

If you turned the Wireless adapter off manually (Button) Then you are going to have to turn it on Manually (button)
Also if you uninstall the Driver for it then the Driver will automatically be reinstalled after you restart your machine
Hope This Helps,
Josh
