Wordperfect Crash

Hi, i've just installed wordperfect X3 on my computer wich runs windows vista home edition. It worked on my first day I installed, but afterwards it crashes when I open it from the start menu or by launching a file with it. I tried corel's online help but it was no help. I could not find other info on this anywere else, but I gess it can't be a isolated problem?

New to Vista64 as of this week. Installed Corel X3, this morning downloaded a new patch/update from Corel for Vista and WordPerfect as well as Quatro Pro. Both opened and worked fine. Much better than on my Vista32 machine.

Any product by Corel seems to have difficulty on Vista. My paint shop pro will not even work on Vista Home Premium 32 bit.

If any product does not work, first check for an update.
If there is no update check your error logs to find out which part is crashing out.

Do this by;

Left Click on Start Menu.
Right click on Computer and choose manage.
Click on the event viewer.
You now have loads of options to try and pin down what is happening.
Expand the error tab.
Look for things in the last 24 hours.

If this fails try running as administrator,
Try running from cd;
try running in compatability mode;
try turning of dep to see if that solves the problem (turn it back on afterwards).
