The ASUS Xonar DX sound card is said to have supported Vista and XP, but there is probably no Windows 10 driver for it. (I do not own the card myself.)

Maybe try here: Xonar DX Driver & Tools | Sound Cards | ASUS USA. Looks like they did in fact make a Windows 10 driver.
