XP and Vista Networking

OK, I recently had a router take a crap on me, and previous to the router taking a crap all my networking between Vista and XP was fine. So after the router crapped out I ponied up for a Linksys WRT350N. After installation I noticed some issues.

Heres how my network is setup:
DESKTOP1(running Vista Home Premium) connected directly to the WRT350N
DESKTOP2(running XP Pro) connected to a Linksys WET11 which then connects to the WRT350N

Both are in MSHOME workgroup, both have NetBIOS over TCP/IP enabled, and the XP machine has the LLTD package installed.

Heres the thing, no problem accessing files from either PC. XP can access Vista, Vista can access XP. XP shows up in network map(see attached images), but doesn't show up when opening network neighborhood. Its not a huge issue, but any reason why this would happen? I should note on the XP machine I don't see a network neighborhood entry for "DESKTOP2" but there is an entry for DESKTOP1(the Vista machine).
