xp to vista help!

hello,

have installed vista to my desktop to upgrade xp but cant find my blueyonder/virgin media username and password info, is there anyway to get back on the net using the windows old folder?

Might be easier to call your ISP and pass them your account information, explain the situation you're in.
If you're not the account holder you may need the person who is to answer security questions.

Have tried but cant get through at the moment, thought there may have been an easy way as that folder was there.

Unfortunately that's the case with a lot of ISP's, let us know how you get on once you finally get through.
