For about the past 3 weeks my computer has been crashing. it started first that my computer would go black with random lines down the screen and then do nothing and sit like that until i unplugged the power and then it turned into bsod's. I was told it was most likely a ram issue so i purchased new ram and now my computer doesn't do the line issue, but i still get constant BSOD's. I've run multiple virus checking things with AVG and it finds the same issues every time, these 2 trojans. it says they are removed, but then i restart the computer as prompted, and run the scan again and they are still there. used windows malware removal tool as well and it found the same trojans and said it fixed them and after restarting as prompted, again they are still there. If it is these trojans causing the issue, how do i get rid of them??? Please help. Here is the grab all asked for. Windows vista x64.

I enabled driver verifier and restarted it as instructed and now my computer as it is turning on immediately gets a bsod and turns itself off and restarts. How should I proceed? How do I give you the information needed? Should I let it do this for 36 hours and then start in safe mode and give you the grab all that way? I'm posting from my phone

If you had quite a few already, give me those. Its probably enough information to try and diagnose.

Try to run the computer, a little longer, with the verifier. Most of the BSODs that you experienced did not generate a report. I need more information

Use clean boot, if there are no BSOD, begain putting the programs back one at a time as instructed. This way we can determine the cause of the BSODs.

I have activated every service except for Bonjour service(Apple inc.), InstallDriver Table Manager(Macrovision Corporation), Mozilla Maintenance Service(Mozilla Foundation), and Skype C2C Service(Skype Technologies S.A.). I have those 4 services turned off with all other ones turned on and my computer has been doing fine with no crashes. What should i do next?
