If it is hard drive, memory or other hardware not much can be done until its repaired.

Yes but it strangely works on my OLD mobo. Besides most of the bluescreens are to do with memory allocation on google also it might be defective memory. but the ram also works on the mobo....

When memory is bad you must test the slots and the ram.

ill try but that wont explain why my HDD is not reconized by the new motherboard. Here is the setup

4 SATA: no HDDS attached
1 IDE: HDD master 1 DVD/CD Drive slave.

i have tried swaping and taking the dvd drive out but noting works.

for the old motherboard the post completes but for the new it stops at SMART capable.

What type of IDE hard drive is it? (brand and model if you know it), the jumpers aren't as confusing as you think they are, the beauty of jumpers are that if you mess up, just swap them around ;-)

Have you got the settings in the CMOS set to automatic for hard drive detection?

All seems normal on the stats side, processors cooking a bit hot but nothing that would make it fail, CPU-Z registers my RAM at 333 when it's actually 1066 so...
