Jason
Its my hunch that one of those start up programs is the cause of your BSODs
Just use the computer and if you get no more BSODS, put back half at a time to find the cause.
If that does not work, I will require more information.

Im trying to fix the BSOD first. Then it was always my intent to look into your other problems. We will make SR next. One possible cause is that a virus turned it off. We have to check for Virus and Malware, but lets do one thing at a time.

Yes untick everything if you still get BSOD we know that the startup items are not the cause. I will then give you a more traditional analysis. I was just going on a hunch with this one.

IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL (a)
An attempt was made to access a pageable (or completely invalid) address at an
interrupt request level (IRQL) that is too high. This is usually
caused by drivers using improper addresses.
If a kernel debugger is available get the stack backtrace.
Arguments:
Arg1: 00000034, memory referenced
Arg2: 00000002, IRQL
Arg3: 00000001, bitfield :
 bit 0 : value 0 = read operation, 1 = write operation
bit 3 : value 0 = not an execute operation, 1 = execute operation (only on chips which support this level of status)
Arg4: 82fc8fe9, address which referenced memory

You have given me about 10 dump reports. The most consistent cause is the one given in the report shown above. The code given for the cause is A.

The reports that you have submittedreveal clues to the cause of your problem. They do not give a definitive answer. The more reports that we receivethe more clues are made available improving our chances of finding a solutionto your problem. Each remedy suggested must be performed regardless ofplacement in this report or other variables. You may have to experience severalmore BSODs until the final answer is discovered.

If overclocking restore normal settings

SFC /scannow
System Files - SFC Command

Scan with your Anti Virus

How to Find Drivers
search Google for the name of the driver
- compare the Google results withwhat's installed on your system to figure out which device/program it belongsto
- visit the web site of themanufacturer of the hardware/program to get the latest drivers (DON'T useWindows Update or the Update driver function of Device Manager).
- if there are difficulties inlocating them, post back with questions and someone - will help you search Google for the name ofthe driver
- compare the Google results withwhat's installed on your system to figure out which device/program it belongsto

- The most commondrivers are listed on this page: http://www.carrona.org/dvrref.html
- - Driver manufacturer linksare on this page: http://www.carrona.org/drvrdown.html

and here

http://www.edbott.com/weblog/the-vista-master-driver-list/

You can also locate information aboutyour driver using this information
http://www.sevenforums.com/tutorials/96442-device-manager-finding-unknown-devices.html

Download memtest86 and test RAM
www.sevenforums.com/tutorials/105647-ram-test-memtest86.html

Run for 8 passes
Ifit passes try a good stick in each slot for 3 passes
Ifit fails do the same for 8 passes.

After performing all of the above, post back with any new BSOD reports, or indicate that the attempted repairswere successful.

If any links do not work, if clicked, please copy and paste to browser address bar.

It is very important to remember that the dump reports only giveclues as to the problem and although it is very easy to analyze only one ortwo, usually more are needed. If you experience additional BSOD afterinstalling a current version of the driver in question, be sure to post so thatwe can use the additional information to assist you in preventing the BSOD's

Since memory was specifically mentioned make memory test first.

Outdated drivers, ignore Microsoft Drivers

Only Looks hard buddy, do one step at a time. Start with memory. Ill even give you the cheat sheet to make it easy.
Guide to using Memtest86+ - Geeks to Go Forums

If these steps fail, we will give you the driver verifier test. Many analysist give it first, but then we would miss other potential problems that can cause unacceptable performance other than BSODs in the future.

Make a full and updated virus scan
try any downloads in safe mode, see if that works.
Try the sfc scan that I mention above
We may have to go right to the driver verifier.
