Solved bsod idk

Read the warnings carefully. That is why I do not rush to use it as some others.
Driver Verifier Inst

Please run Verifier with these settings:
Using Driver Verifier is an iffy proposition. Most times it'll crash and it'lltell you what the driver is. But sometimes it'll crash and won't tell you thedriver. Other times it'll crash before you can log in to Windows. If you can'tget to Safe Mode, then you'll have to resort to offline editing of the registryto disable Driver Verifier.
So, I'd suggest that you first backup your stuff and then make sure you've gotaccess to another computer so you can contact us if problems arise. Then make aSystem Restore point (so you can restore the system using the Vista/Windows 7Startup Repair feature).
Then, here's the procedure:
- Go to Start and type in "verifier" (without the quotes) and pressEnter
- Select "Create custom settings (for code developers)" and click"Next"
- Select "Select individual settings from a full list" and click"Next"
- Select everything EXCEPT FOR "Low Resource Simulation" and click"Next"
NOTE: You can use Low Resource Simulation if you'd like. From my limitedexperimentation it makes the BSOD's come faster.
- Select "Select driver names from a list" and click "Next"
Then select all drivers NOT provided by Microsoft and click "Next"
- Select "Finish" on the next page.
Reboot the system and wait for it to crash to the Blue Screen. Continue to useyour system normally, and if you know what causes the crash, do thatrepeatedly. The objective here is to get the system to crash because DriverVerifier is stressing the drivers out. If it doesn't crash for you, then let itrun for at least 36 hours of continuous operation (an estimate on my part).
Reboot into Windows (after the crash) and turn off Driver Verifier by goingback in and selecting "Delete existing settings" on the first page, then locate and zip up the memory dump file and upload it with your next post.
If you can't get into Windows because it crashes too soon, try it in Safe Mode.
If you can't get into Safe Mode, try using System Restore from yourinstallation DVD to set the system back to the previous restore point that youcreated.

hey rich, i was wondering if there is any other way of checking the memory i have a feeling that is the problm, its an old computer and only has 1 stick i think. I havent ran the driver verifir yet cause of the risk of possibly loosen access to the web, is there anything else we can try that at least allow me to use the computer as it is? Will it damage anything if i continue using it like this for a couple days till i can afford to loose access to the web and hopefuly fix?

After analzying your reports, I tend to agree about the memory and that is why I made it the first thing to check. I suggested earlier to try and use another computer and download to aCD or you can even send away for a DVD with the test on it.
Look at the portion of this article that mentions pro version:
MemTest Manual
I know that you are anxious to use the computer, but circumstances indicate that you are better off going slow and doing it right.
Even if we do wait it may not be the memory. Your reports continually indicated that a driver (Ntkrnlmp) was the cause, I truly dont agree. I think that the cause can be another driver or hardware (memory the most likely).

Thats up to you. Call for help it will cost big time. If you can wait. Get the memtest. We can test to see if its the stick or the slot. If slot, that means mother board. If stick, for a few dollars you can replace; its your call.
If it were mine and there was no hardship, I would wait and try to fix it myself after the memtest.

If the problem is the memory and its the stick, it must be replaced, cant hurt that. If its the slot, and you have an old computer, you will need a new computer.
Memory controls everything, you could screw up some programs.
The imgbrn, is software that will allow you to burn the cd.
It easy.

I was hoping it was some kinda software that i could fix, and it turns out to be hardware, imagine that.

You must run the memtest from a CD. You burn the cd with imgbrn. I thought that you could not download anything.

Your computer does not sound like it is doing too well. May I suggest, wait until after the party and have your friend do it for you. With the condition of your computer you may even get a corrupted version.
The hard part is over, its a memory problem. I think its the ram stick. You can even have someome replace that one stick for you. If it works your done. If not, your out the price of one ram stick, which if fairly reasonable, today.

Jason,
I truly wish you luck and hope that its just the stick and not the motherboard.
Keep me informed, buddy.
You may want your friend to help your with memtest to be sure before you buy the stick, too; its up to you.
