Hello Jacee I was wondering if I should just reformat the hard drive and reinstall everything. I only have the restore disk's, I have figured out for all the hours I have spent dinking around with this I could have done a complete restore, but of course then comes all of the up-dating and trying to get everything back to what it was will take a few days at least. So getting things right would take a week and thats a long time but what is your opinon.

If you feel that you want to do a 'clean' install, then by all means be my guest :D

If you have saved your Documents, pics, 'Good' downloaded programs and their installers... (not the dodgy ones) to a DVD, then you should decide for yourself.

Hello Jacee I am wondering if I got this mixed up or not but your post to me reads the following.

Now Please
*Download *random's system information tool (RSIT)* by *random/random* from* _here_* [/url (http://[url]http"//images.malwareremoval.com/random/RSIT.exe].
**it is important that is saved to your desktop*
*Double click on *RSIT.exe to run *RSIT*
*Click *continue* at the disclaimer screen.
*Once it has finished, two logs will open. Please post the contents of both*log.txt* (<<will be maximized) and *info.txt (<<will be minimized)

I seem to be at a loss about posting them togehter as one, being pretty new to the computer world I really would not have known how to post them together at the same time or how. I would be more then happy to redo the intire test and send it the way you want if you tell me how. Thank you

Hello and I would like to continue with your instructions if it is the better way, I am not sure what I should do as it is pretty confusing to me. I am deleteing things saving others and don't know anything about them or what I am doing or why I am doing them. I just know I am trying to follow what your telling me. I am like a baby learning how to crawl before I can walk. I know I still have the same problems as before and don't know how to fix it thats why I came to the Pro's at your site and I am very thankful that I found your site and thats why I print everything you post to me so I can read it as I am doing what you are saying and as so thats why I sent them the way I did because I did not know that you wanted me to send them another way. So I am learning as we go and I know that Richc says you are the best so I am following it to what I am reading and I hope that I have not said anything that would hurt your feelings and again I thank you for your help because I need it.

When the program was finished one poped up on my screen for notepad, and after I saved it and closed the screen I saw another one on my menu bar at the bottom of my screen so I opened that one and saved it also in my documents and then I went in and uploaded them one at a time on the same post so please tell me how to merge them so they are sent the way you need them I will redo everything so it will be right.

You don't need to fix those 'missing' files ... they are there, it's a glitch with HJT and reading 023 services with a 64bit OS ;)

You should be good to go!

Hello to all and I would like to tell everyone what a great Job Jacee has done for me. I am sure that she spent hours looking over reports and then posting back to me, I know it takes someone special that can take a little bit of information from someone who lives a long way off and then come up with the right answers and fix your computer without being there in front of it.

Jacee thank you for a great Job on fixing my computer////You Rock/////

I would recommend Jacee to all who have problems with there own computer's.

Thank You again
