Ok I am installed the malwarebyte from your link above...tom....it looks exactly the same as the one I did this morning..I am running a scan right now...with it. Then I am going to re start just to see if it says expired again...

ok...ughhhh *sigh*.....when I rebooted the (the scan came up clean btw) the malware logo in the tray in the bottom right...its gray colored and says the version I have has expired...yet....When I try to run a scan...it will scan....and it will update????
