Okay, I was just wondering whether you're getting virus removal help at the same time and I didn't want to create any confusion

Do you honesty think that's a good enough reason to warrant breaking the law?

I usually do not help people who download illegally as they got themselves into the mess, and were completely aware of the risks involved so really aren't worthy of anyone helping them. However on this one occasion, because your problem hasn't been caused by your illegal downloading, I will continue to offer my assistance

Ive never had a virus from downloading files of torrent sites, ive not had a single virus in over a year. It was just this one time i ended a process on my pc an things stopped working so i needed to redownload a license wich was free but the license still didn't work so i needed to find one on the internet because some programmes stopped working but when i downloaded this certain E license that's when i got the virus

Ive put the OTL log in a compressed zip as i did before..

This is just a standard windows zip..

Attach the log CKFiles.txt that has been created on your desktop with your next post

I was just making sure that you're all clean from your virus

It's worth having a shot with another data recovery program, such as this:

Free Data Recovery Software

There's not a lot we can do about files being deleted unless they're found by these programs

Getting files back with a recovery software is pretty much going to be hit and miss. The files aren't actually deleted, they're are just marked by the computer as "free space" that can be freely overwritten. So until something gets written over where the files were originally, they're still on your disk. It's just impossible to predict which ones will be overwritten when something else gets added to your computer.

Also, I know this sounds dumb, but check your recycle bin Also, can remember the name of the process you ended?

The programs I've suggested to you are recovery programs (Recuva etc.).

If this data is really valuable to you then you can pay for companies to have a proper go at it, this is quite expensive and, as Slammer said, there's no guarantee you'll get all of your files back. My parents used a service to get the data back from a faulty hard drive and they were able to get 99% of the data - we only lost 13 photos

So, how valuable is this data to you?

Ok thanks, the things i had on my pc are very valuble. Ive had most of this stuff for 6 years an some things was from my childhood..

I had loads of music that i had paid for over the years, rare tracks aswell.
