i live in a town called st helens in the United kingdom, not tried it yet im just using recuva first..

Last time i used itat the side there was 2 circles a green an a red, what do these mean ?

is there no recovery programme that tells me were my files used to be so i can recover them back to there ?

Not that I'm aware of, the only recovery programs that I'm familiar with are Recuva and ShadowExplorer.

I've done a little research into data recovery services and this one seems good:
