well i went back to factory specs and tried to play a game. worked brilliant for about 10mins then it crashed same as usual

I think it is a likely cause that your computer may be having hardware problems, since reinstalling vista didn't work for you. So we should concentrate troubleshooting hardware.

It looks like it might be mother board, memory circuits and Stoney is leaning toward hard drive.

i brought it to i guy who works with all that stuff and he says its wouldnt be the motherboard cause then it wouldnt turn on, but if its not that what else could it be?

Your HD mfg is western digital. It is in your specs
